How does long-distance healing work?

Often it is not practical or even possible to receive a session in person. Most of my current practice is consisting of long-distance work.

At the beginning of the session, we connect over the phone, facetime, or zoom. Which modality you choose is entirely up to you. Some of my clients do not like being visible on camera, others prefer seeing me on zoom or facetime while talking. I am happy to facilitate the session according to your personal preference.

During the talking portion of the session, we identify areas that need healing and where you would like to focus. After we find a clear intention for the healing, we will end our call. At this point, I will work on your long-distance healing. It is recommended that you take time during the healing to be in a receptive and relaxing environment, similar to what you would find yourself in if you were in my office on the treatment table.

A healing is comprised of basic components such as vibration or energy, intention, focus, and connection to the Divine Essence within. These components do not change regardless of whether you are in the same room as me or very far away.

Physical reality is composed of vibration and frequency. Physicists have demonstrated that not only can a particle be in two places at once, but that particle can also communicate between those two places. As a BHS Practitioner, I also have this ability. I energetically connect to your body and bring you into the healing space. I proceed to work on you as if you were physically present. Additional tools I use in this process are my intuition and inner guidance and I apply various healing techniques as if you were physically present in my office.

The principle of long-distance healing can also apply to an in-person session if a client is unable to lie on the table due to physical constraints or unresolved trauma. In that case, I can work on the client in a sitting position from a distance.

After you receive the healing it is highly recommended to practice excellent self-care. It is important that you take time to integrate the work after each session which is also why it is not recommended to ask questions or get into a mind space after the healing right away. If it is at all possible schedule free time after the work to integrate the healing without needing to address other commitments. Drink no alcohol or use any recreational drugs for at least 24 hours after the healing and drink a lot of water. Get as much rest as needed and spend time in a space that is nurturing to you, e.g. in a supportive environment or nature. If you have questions or would like to get feedback, I generally make myself available to schedule a follow-up call the next day.
